To all the mothers and sisters in the ward, Happy Mother’s Day! No words are ever adequate to express our love and appreciation for you. Especially during this time when many mothers have taken on a greater burden, please know your efforts and sacrifices have not gone unseen or unappreciated. I sincerely hope you will feel that love and that gratitude on this special day.

As a tribute to each of you, the Ward Council commissioned Sister Jess Johnson to compile this video honoring mothers with messages from some of the children and fathers in the ward. This is just a token of our love for you. Whether you see your child featured in this video or not, please know this is a universal message of gratitude felt by all those that would call you mother (which not be exclusive to your biological children). We love you and hope you know how much you are respected and valued.
